Terms of Service

 

§1) Orders

All orders are only accepted under our general terms of delivery and payment. Our offers are non-binding. We do not guarantee that the goods we offer for sale will actually be available and at the prices stated.

 

§2) Delivery

Delivery periods are only binding if they have been confirmed by us in writing. Delivery is from Munich. In all cases, the buyer bears the shipping costs unless the free shipping limit has been exceeded. Our prices include packaging that is customary in the trade and suitable for normal shipping. International shipments can only be carried out against advance payment.

§3) Right of withdrawal

 

You can revoke your contract declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e-mail) or, if the item is left to you before the deadline, by returning the item. The period begins upon receipt of this information in text form. The timely dispatch of the cancellation or the item is sufficient to meet the cancellation deadline. Consequences of revocation

In the case of an effective revocation, the mutually received benefits

to return and, if applicable, to surrender benefits (e.g. interest). If you cannot return or hand over the received service and benefits (e.g. advantages of use) or only partially or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the value in this respect. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the item if the deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond checking the properties and functionality. Under "Examination of

Properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail store.

 

 

Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if, in the case of a higher price of the item, you have not yet received the consideration or a have made the contractually agreed partial payment. Otherwise, the return is free of charge. Items that cannot be sent by parcel will be picked up from you. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your declaration of revocation or the item, for us with their receipt.

 

 

§4) Prices

All prices include statutory VAT.

 

§5) Payment

If you want to pay the invoice amount in advance, the shipment will take place when the order is accepted.

 

 

§6) Retention of title

All goods remain our property until the purchase price including interest and other expenses has been paid or as long as we still have claims against the buyer.

 

§7) Miscellaneous

We would like to point out that we store and process the personal data of our customers that arise in the course of normal business transactions in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

 

§8) Intellectual Property Rights

The intellectual property rights for the Nostalgiefilm Internet pages, including their design and content, in particular all documents, elements and programs, belong exclusively to Nostalgiefilm and may not be duplicated, distributed, edited or publicly reproduced without prior express consent. Exceptions apply to the parts of our online offer that were made available to us by other companies.

 

The reproduction or other use of the published documents is only permitted for informational purposes or for personal use. Any other reproduction and any other use is expressly prohibited.
